Important instructions
- Recent passport-style colour photo, light background.
- Signature in black ink on white paper, not in capital letters.
- SBI also needs a left thumb impression (240×240 px at 200 DPI, 20–50 KB) and a hand-written declaration (800×400 px at 200 DPI, 50–100 KB).
