Important instructions
- Photo JPG 20–200 KB, face must cover at least 75% (3/4th) of the photo, both ear lobes visible. A live photo is also captured.
- Signature: sign THREE times one below the other on plain white paper with black ink, scan as one image, JPG 20–100 KB, 350–500 px.
- Name files 'photo' and 'signature' as UPSC asks (this tool does that).
